Scope of Work

The works commenced with thorough site preparation to achieve a stable and well-compacted base suitable for tarmac installation. Careful consideration was given to setting accurate levels, falls, and drainage to promote effective water run-off and long-term surface performance. Concrete kerbs were installed to define roadway edges, provide structural support, and ensure a neat, consistent finish across the site.

Following completion of the preparation works, hot-laid tarmac was machine-laid and rolled using specialist equipment to achieve a smooth, even surface. The surfacing was compacted to a consistent thickness throughout the access route, with detailed attention given to edges, transitions, and service areas to ensure durability and a high-quality standard of workmanship.
